Information we collect
When you submit a consultation request we collect your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, city or community, county, whether your home is on city water or a private well, your selected water concerns, the solution you're interested in, and any notes you add.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, discuss water treatment options for your home, arrange any testing or installation, and keep records of our communications with you. We do not sell your information.
Marketing messages
Submitting a consultation request does not enroll you in marketing text messages. We currently do not offer SMS marketing enrollment on this form.
Retention and security
Consultation requests are stored in our lead database with access limited to people who need it to respond to you.
