Process

How it works

A straightforward path from your first question to a system you understand how to maintain.

  1. 1

Tell us about your home and water concerns

Household size, city water or private well, and what you notice — spotting, taste, odor, staining, or drinking-water preferences.

  2. 2

We assess the source and recommend any needed testing

City supplies and private wells are handled differently. Where testing is appropriate, we say so before recommending equipment.

  3. 3

We explain suitable systems and provide a written quote

You see what each system addresses, what it doesn't, and what it costs, in writing.

  4. 4

    Free installation, clear warranty terms

We explain your system's upkeep. Limited lifetime warranty applies only to eligible components. Reverse osmosis (RO) systems are covered for 1 year, and labor is covered for 1 year. Review the written terms for your selected system before purchase.

Frequently asked questions

What's the difference between a softener, a filter, and reverse osmosis?

A softener addresses hardness. Carbon filtration can address certain taste and odor concerns. Reverse osmosis is separate drinking-water treatment at one sink. They solve different problems and are often combined.

Does city water need different treatment than well water?

Usually yes. City water arrives already treated by the utility, so concerns often centre on hardness and taste or odor. A private well has no upstream treatment, so we recommend testing before suggesting equipment.

What upkeep should I expect?

Softeners use salt on an ongoing basis; filtration media and RO filters and membranes are replaced on intervals that depend on the model and the incoming water. We explain the specific intervals for your system before you buy.

How long does installation take, and when can it be scheduled?

Timing depends on the system, the plumbing at your home, and current scheduling. We confirm a realistic window with you before installation day.

How are quotes prepared?

After we understand the water source, household demand, installation conditions, and any test results, we prepare a written quote for the specific configuration recommended. Review the quote's equipment, price, and payment terms before deciding.

Is installation really free?

Yes. Installation is included at no charge. Limited lifetime warranty applies only to eligible components. Reverse osmosis (RO) systems are covered for 1 year, and labor is covered for 1 year. Review the written terms for your selected system before purchase.
